Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/13/2023 and concluded on 12/13/2023 from 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM. There were 23 children present, ranging in ages from four to five, with two staff and two parents. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of five children?s records and the five staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
