Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/1/2021 in response to a self-report made by the facility. A total of 3 staff members were interviewed. Children and staff records were reviewed, as well as additional documentation, and the center's policies and procedures.
