Inspector Notes

A complaint was received in the licensing office on 12/1/2022 regarding behavior guidance and care and protection of children. On 12/5/2022, an on-site investigation was conducted. Interviews were conducted and observations were made. Additional documentation of records was requested at this visit. After all records were obtained and reviewed, all interviews were conducted, and all information was reviewed, it was determined that the preponderance of evidence did not support the allegation and the complaint is deemed not valid.
