An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 25, 2024 and completed on October 3, 2024. There were 24 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site on September 25, 2024.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
