An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on September 16, 2025 and completed on September 19, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:40 am and ended at 12:05 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff records on-site on September 16, 2025.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
