Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/12/2023 from 11:00am- 12:30 pm. At the time of entrance, 37 children, ages 11 months to 5 years old were in care with 7 staff members present. The sample size consisted of 10 staff records. Children were observed during snack time, engaged in small group activities and being picked up by parents or transitioning to daycare. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
