Inspector Notes
A annual Religious exempt inspection was completed on November 8, 2023 from 1:30pm - 2:55 pm . There were 112 children and 12 staff and additional administrative staff was present. During the inspection children were observed outside in a stroller, napping and, waking up from nap time. Ten staff records were reviewed. Inside and outside areas were inspected.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and staff interview, the center did not ensure to obtain a copy of the results of a criminal history record information check, a sex offender registry check, and a search of the child abuse and neglect registry or equivalent registry from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
Evidence: Staff #1 hire date was 09/3/2023. Staff #1 lived out of the state of Virginia in the
past 5 years. During the inspection the center did not have results or documents a out state criminial history record incformation check, sex offender check , and out of state child abuse and neglect registry check for the state of Washington.

Plan of Correction: The center will process the out of state background checks immediatley. When results are recieved the center will send the documents to the licensing inspector.
