Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on April 2, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 11:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 39 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
