An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on October 8, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 40 children present with 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
