Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 09/16/2024 and completed on 09/162024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 09/03/2024 relating to allegations of abuse and neglect. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
