An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/16/2024 and completed on 9/16/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 12:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ninety-six children present and twenty-seven staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
