Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was completed on 01/24/23 from 11:30am until 12:50 p.m. 15 children in care with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed virtually.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the center did not obtain all the required information for the children's records.
Evidence:
Child records 1-5 did not contain emergency contact addresses, two are required for each child.
Plan of Correction: The teacher will get all the emergency addresses from the parents.
