Inspector Notes

An in person inspection was conducted today.
All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. The playground was not inspected due to inclement weather.
3 staff records reviewed were complete. 2 additional staff records were missing an annual Health Statement.
1 medication was reviewed and was in compliance.
