Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted today in order to renew the exemption.
All rooms were in ration during the visit. Children were observed playing on the playgrounds,
washing hands, eating snack and playing with a variety of age appropriate toys.
There are currently no medications on site.
3 staff and 3 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
