An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 09/23/24and completed on same, as a part of exemption period. The on-site inspection began at 9:15 am and ended at 10:25 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 73 children present and 19 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
