An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 9/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:41 AM and ended at 10:45 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 48 children present with14 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site.
