Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/5/2022. There were 15 children, ages 3 years-5 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: snack, circle time and story time. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: attendance requirements, orientation form.
