Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, and documents review.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/01/2021 and concluded on 11/21/21. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 31 preschool age children present, with 6 staff present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three child records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
