Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed on 10/31/22. There were 30 children present with 5 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:15am and concluded at 11:15 pm.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
