Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/14/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:20am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 11/14/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

When food is brought from home, the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

4 food containers brought from home did not have a name on them to identify the owner.
7 food containers brought from home did not have a date on them for the day.
Plan of Correction: We will send out an email reminder to parents and meet with staff to make sure the lunches are labeled with name and date every day.
