This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts and documents review.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 02/18/2022. There were 46 children present with 8 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of Administration, Staff qualifications and training, Physical plant, Staffing and supervision, Programs, Special care provisions and emergencies, Special services, and Background checks.

A total of 3 children records and 8 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
