Inspector Notes
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All groups were in ratio at the time of the inspection.
Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drill log and the playground were all in compliance today.

2 of 2 staff records reviewed did not contain documentation of fingerprint results prior to employment.
*Staff A's fingerprint results are dated 8/17/22. (Date of Hire: (DOH) 8/15/22)
*Staff B's fingerprint results are dated 8/15/22 (DOH: 8/11/22)
Evidence:
1 of 2 staff records requiring an out of state CPS search, did not have the results on file within 45 days of hire. (Staff A- DOH: 8/15/22)

1 of 2 staff records reviewed did not contain documentation of a current TB result submitted at the time of employment and completed within the last 30 calendar days. The result is dated 8/13/22. (DOH: 8/11/22)

The orientation document on file for staff, does not include all requirements that went into effect on 01/13/2022. This orientation was to be completed no later than 7 days of the date of Assuming job responsibilities. Missing information includes:
