An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/9/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:40pm and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 36 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site on 12/9/2025. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
