Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/12/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 25 children present with 7 staff and co-op parents supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies. A total of 2 child records, 1 medication, 4 co-op parent and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
