Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 10:15am. There were 20 children directly supervised by 7 staff and parent volunteers. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, 3 parent volunteer records, medications, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in a music and movement activity, letter and number activities, and manipulative toy play. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
