Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 6/2/22 from 9:50am to 10:55am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Five staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. The last lockdown drill was documented on 4/11/22.
