An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 07/31/2023 from 11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. The complaint was received on 07/26/2023 regarding administration, staff qualification and training, staffing and supervision, programs. Four staff members were interviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
