An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on 04/22/2024 from 7:30 a.m. and completed on 05/01/2025 at 10:20 a.m. The complaint was received on 04/15/2024 regarding staff qualification and training, staffing and supervision, programs and special services. Five staff members were interviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
