Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on December 16, 2025 completed on December 16, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 12, 2025 relating to allegations of Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
