An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on July 17, 2025 and completed on July 17. 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 47 children present with 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site. This inspection included documentation review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
