A complaint inspection was initiated on February 26, 2024 in response to a complaint that was received on February 9, 2024 in reference to supervision. Documentation was gathered, records were reviewed, and interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support violation of standards in regard to the complaint therefore the complaint is considered to be not valid.
