Inspector Notes

A annual Religious exempt inspection was completed on February 13, 2024 at 1:22pm and concluded at 2:44pm . There were 25 children and 6 staff and additional administrative staff was present during the observation. During the inspection children were observed napping, freely playing, and transitoning from nap time. Five children records were reviewed and fifteen staff records were reviewed.
Outdoor area was inspected.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable requirements and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff #12 most recent Central Registry was dated 10/15/2018 and sworn statement was dated 09/06/2018. Both background checks were more than 5 years old.
