Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 01/14/2026 and completed on
01/14/2026. The on-site inspection began at 8:43 am and ended at 11:30 am . The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 86 children present with 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children's records and 6 staff records on site . This inspection included document review , tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with ap icable code
sections. No violations were issued.
