A code compliance inspection was initiated on and concluded on April 15, 2024. There were 41 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 4, with 5 staff supervising. Additional administrative staff were present. A total of 10 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:30AM and concluded at 10:45AM.
