Evidence: The center director confirmed, there were not findings of the Virginia Search of the Central Registry available for review during the inspection for Staff #1 (date of hire 8-19-2019) and Staff #2 (date of hire 9-7-21).

Plan of Correction: All child and neglect background checks were mailed in at the proper times -results on findings have been requested on 12-6-21 & and again on 12-13-21. (emailed and called). Date of correction when central registry is available to send.
