Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was initiated on (date) and concluded on (date). There were 27 children present, ranging in ages from 4yrs to 5yrs, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 4 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2Evidence: Staff #4 confirmed that there was no documentation that Staff #3, who is in a supervisory position, has been certified by a practicing physician or physician assistant to be free from any disability that would prevent them from caring for children under their supervision.
Evidence: Staff #4 confirmed they only use hand sanitizer on the children?s hands before eating. The had not implanted the hand washing procedures because the staff confirmed they only use hand sanitizer before eating.
