A code compliance inspection was initiated on February 13, 2024 and concluded on February 14, 2024. There were 20 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 4, with 3 staff supervising. A total of 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:10 AM and concluded at 11:05 AM. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of staff records and staff interviews, the provider did not ensure a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a trained person.
