An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 2-118-2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:50am and ended at 11:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present with 3 staff. The
inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
