An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on June 3, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 2:00 p.m. and ended at 3:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 0 children present and 1 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 3 staff records, and 5 licensee records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
