Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/3/2022, from 7:25am to 8:10am. 6 children were directly supervised by 2 staff. An additional staff member and additional children arrived during the inspection. Ratios remained in compliance. The physical space, required posted documents, attendance, evacuation drills, injury reports, staff records and 3 children's records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
