Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/20/2023 from 7:20AM to 7:50AM. 5 children were directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical space, a sampling of children's records, staff records, evacuation drills, injury reports, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed arriving and engaging with the staff. Staff were making ?Thursday pancakes?. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
