Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/06/2023. 37 children were directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, 4 staff records, medications, attendance, evacuation drills and required posted documents were reviewed. Today was a teacher workday and staff/children from another SACC program were observed at the facility with joint activities. Required files were brought from the other facility. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
