Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:25AM to 10:55AM. 14 children were directly supervised by staff. The physical space, 3 children's records, 3 staff records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, and required posted documents were reviewed.
Medications were in compliance. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Children were observed playing games, watching movies and interacting with staff. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
