Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/5/2024 from 10:10 to 10:55 am There were 24 children supervised by 2 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was no medication on site. Children were observed participating in group play, drawing, making bracelets, and playing in the gym. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
