8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.

Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 5/9/22 from 3:00pm to 4:05pm. There were 24 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Medications and trainings required by subsidy standards were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
