Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:45 am to 12:40 pm. There were 30 children in direct care of 4 staff members. The children were observed eating lunch brought from home, playing in small centers that included Legos, coloring and crafts activities. Medications, 3 children's records, 4 staff records, attendance and center's abusive head trauma policy was reviewed. No violations were cited during this visit.
