Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:05 am to 11:50 am. There were 31 children in direct care and supervision of 3 staff members. The children were observed playing in small groups, washing hands before lunch and eating lunch brought from home. 3 children's records, 3 staff records, and other center documents were reviewed to ensure compliance.
