Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/1/24 from 3pm to 4:00pm. There were 44 children with 3 staff present. The children were observed arriving to the center, eating snack and leaving for after school club activities. 3 children's records, 1 staff record, medications, attendance, emergency drill logs were reviewed. Based on observation, children did not wash hands with soap and water before eating snack.
Evidence: The children were observed arriving to the center shortly after which they started to eat snack. The children did not wash hands prior to eating snack.
Plan of Correction: Children will be reminded to wash hands before eating.
