An announced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/6/25 FROM 10:00 am to 10:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were no children present and 1 staff. The purpose of this inspection was to assess newly constructed indoor space that will be used for the program. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and measurements.
