Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 11/22/2021 and concluded on 12/7/2021. There were 23 children present with 4 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on a review of staff records, all staff did not have current first aid certification.

Evidence:
1. Staff #2's most recent First Aid certification expired on 11/2021.
Plan of Correction: The staff member is schedule to take this training in January 2022.
